Return Policy
Returns are not accepted for this product except in the cases outlined below.
DOA (Dead on Arrival): If the machine fails to power on or operate upon first use, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. DOA units are eligible for replacement or full refund per the 12-month manufacturer warranty.
Freight damage: Inspect packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt and photograph immediately. Report to us within 48 hours of delivery — damage reported after this window cannot be claimed.
Missing components: If any items listed in the product description are missing from your shipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Missing items will be shipped at no charge.
Non-returnable conditions: Returns are not accepted for damage caused by improper installation, user error, incorrect material use, failure to follow the maintenance schedule, or operation without ventilation or coolant flow.
Consumable components: The CO₂ laser tube is a consumable with a finite lifespan and is not covered under returns or warranty due to natural wear.
